Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr…More than a Sound Bite.
As we reflect on this day with all the coverage on Dr. King’s murder, growing up I had always heard… the sound bite of his last speech. “I have been to the mountaintop”. I was looking for footage of that day, other than what they had been showing. I am thankful the Lord allowed me to be persistent until I found this… the entire sermon.
Growing up around preachers and being a photographer for a many a preacher, it is something to see how they pick up most of Dr. King’s preaching style… and why not. He remains one of God’s foot soldiers who left an indelible footprint on this land we call America.
